At Thorn Tree, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Your Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
