What is the typical lead time for furniture delivery?
Most of our handcrafted pieces are ready to ship within 5-7 business days. For larger furniture items requiring white-glove delivery, please allow 2-3 weeks for transit and professional assembly in your home.
Do you offer international shipping for home decor?
Currently, Thorn Tree ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international shipping for our smaller decor items in the near future.
What is your return policy for home textiles and rugs?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused textiles and rugs in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items that have been laundered or used cannot be returned.
How do I care for my Thorn Tree wooden furniture?
To maintain the natural finish, we recommend dusting with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or direct sunlight, and use coasters to prevent water rings on solid wood surfaces.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
Sustainability is at the heart of Thorn Tree. We partner with certified suppliers to ensure our timber is responsibly harvested and our textiles use organic fibers and non-toxic dyes whenever possible.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, our warehouse begins the fulfillment process, and standard return procedures will apply once the item arrives.
